Our primary priority is to keep all the animals in our care healthy and safe. If your pet were to become ill due to unforeseen circumstances, we want to get them care right away. To do this we ask all owners to provide the below items.
- Deposit, fifty percent of full cost of service, is required 30 days prior to pets services. Spots may not be held if no deposit is made.
- Snoqualmie Valley Pet Sitting cannot guarantee that toys, blankets, or beds will be kept in the same condition.
- All dogs must have current vaccinations per their veterinarian’s recommendations. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to provide updated shot records to Snoqualmie Valley Pet Sitting.
- We require that you bring in your food when your pet boards since changing a dog’s food can cause a severe stomach upset. Please do not change your pets food prior to pet sitting.
- Reservations are required for pet sitting with full deposits. We request that you give us at least 14 days of advanced notice from the start of the reservation for any changes. For cancelations, please see the cancellation policy below.
- All dogs need to have a leash and must be wearing one if being dropped off or picked up. For dog walks please have a leash, and if needed harness, close to entry of your home.
- Usual pick-up and drop-off times can occur anytime between 8AM and 8 PM Monday to Saturday, please provide 2 hours drop off and pick up windows when booking. We charge by the day, and the last day is at no cost if you pick up before 11AM. When pets are pick up later; there will be a ½ day or full day daycare charge. On Sundays & holidays pickups and drop offs are allowed, please ask before pet services to arrange.
- Drop in visits and dog walks can occur between 6AM and 9PM. If a specific time is needed, please specify when booking a pet service.
- We do not normally board unaltered dogs over 1 year of age or dogs in heat. We can preform walks for these dogs from your home. Please let sitter know in advance if they are unaltered or in heat.
- Dog owners understand the risks involved with communal boarding of dogs. Although we will offer reasonable care, the unpredictable personality of dogs can sometimes lead to injury. Dog owners agree that any problem that develops with their dog will be treated as deemed best by Snoqualmie Valley Pet Sitting and may be fully financial responsibility for all expenses will be assumed by the dog owner.
- Due to the communal nature of our playgroups, and safety/liability concerns, Snoqualmie Valley Pet Sitting does not allow any aggressive dogs for boarding or daycare.
- Snoqualmie Valley Pet Sitting can use photos of my pet on website, snoqualmievalleypetsitting.com, pet sitter dashboard and pet owner dashboard.
